FAQ

Do you store boats or RVs?

We do not. 

Can I store items inside my stored car?

Vehicles must be free of personal items.

What are the move-in requirements?

Signed contract, proof of ownership, proof of insurance, first and last months rent. 

Do you pick up vehicles?

We can coordinate a pick-up with our towing partners. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

Automatic monthly recurring credit or debit card payments are preferred. 

What is your access policy?

An appointment is required to access the vehicle and if you’ll be picking up, an advance notice allows us time to retrieve your vehicle and get your vehicle ready. 

Are you climate-controlled?

Yes, we offer protection against extreme temperatures, humidity, and other environmental factors. 

What are your security measures?

We have a surveillance system, access controls, and security personnel. 

Are there any cancellation fees?

No, but we request a 14 day notification if you do not renew your agreemen.

Is there a minimum contract storage duration?

No, you may store as long or little as you’d like. Our monthly rate remains the same if storing for less than a month. 

Do I still need car insurance?

Yes, an active insurance policy is required.  We can help insure the vehicle with one of our partners.
